Megan Fox has topped US FHM''s 100 Sexiest Women In The World 2009 poll for the second successive year.



The Transformers beauty, who came second to Cheryl Cole in the British version, has become the second woman to retain her crown following Jennifer Lopez's twin win in 2001 and 2002. 



Meanwhile, Britney Spears jumped from 100th place in 2008 to this year's No12.



The stunner was joined by fellow actresses Jessica Alba at second place, reports The Sun.

Scarlett Johansson came in third.

Justin Timberlake's super sexy girlfriend Jessica Biel came in fourth.

At number five is 23-year-old Madeline Zima, most popular for her six years as Grace Sheffield on the TV series The Nanny.

Supermodel Adriana Lima nabbed the sixth spot.

At number seven is Canadian actress Elisha Cuthbert whose most prominent role is as Kim Bauer in the action-thriller television series 24.

MTV reality series The Hills star Heidi Montag made it to the eight spot.
