Worst Rapper Performances In Movie History - Hollywood Celebrity News

Every athlete wants to be a rock star, every human being wants to be a porn star and every rapper wants to be an actor. Nobody can leave well enough alone and who pays the price in the end ... we do. With the exception of Tupac and Brian Austin Green, rappers can't act and this is a medical fact. Just ask Dr. Dre ... he's a doctor and he can't act either.

LL Cool J (Deep Blue Sea) - If your agent hands you a script and it says that you turn into a killer cook after a genetically engineered shark eats your pet parrot you say "no thank you" and fire him immediately.

Dr. Dre (Training Day) - Dr. Dre as a bad ass LA cop would seem like a no-brainer, but Dre couldn't have been less hard core in Training Day is if he worse a cow costume with pink leg warmers.

Common (Terminator Salvation) - The only thing that sucked more than the movie itself was Common's performance. It was like he was reading cue cards throughout the entire movie.

P. Diddy (Carlito's Way: Rise To Power) - There's an unwritten rule in movie watching ... if Mario Van Peebles is in the movie, you probably shouldn't watch it.

Tone Loc (Ace Ventura: Pet Detective) - You know things are bad when the highlight of your acting career is having a conversation with Jim Carrey's ass.

Nas (Belly) - Nas broke the cardinal rule ... if do a movie with DMX, bad things will happen with you. As they say at hip-hop wine and cheese parties, "it took a lot of guts for Nas to star in Belly."

MC Hammer (Please Hammer Don't Hurt'em: The Movie) - MC Hammer returns to his hometown and with the help of some funky tunes, defeats a druglord who is using kids to traffic his stuff. It's kind of like Rent except nobody has AIDS.

Ice-T (Leprechaun In The Hood) - Apparently life in Compton isn't so bad if you're a Leprechuan. Critics called Ice T's performance "worse than his wife Coco's boob job."

Master P (MP Da Last Don) - If Master P playing Nino Corleone, the son of a "white" Italian mob boss doesn't confuse you enough than watching Master P talking with a fake Tony Montana accent for two hours should do the trick.

Vanilla Ice (Cool As Ice) - Vanilla's genital shattering performance as modern day James Dean "Johhny Van Owen" will forever live in movie infamy. Not to mention his signature line " I’m going to go across the street and schling a schlong."
